Most Horrible and Frustrating Experience Ever! This place is completely mismanaged and they have a attitude of no fear of loosing a customer, because they are overwhelmed all the time. I had bought four new tires a year back, and few months ago I went for free tire rotation, I did not realize free tire rotation is basically a trap. They told me I need to get my breaks replaced, that I agreed to. The manager told me I would need to wait for about 3 hours, and they will get the job done. But, unfortunately, the job was not done, because they did not have the parts. I took a taxi home, next day I called and the manager told me my car should be all done, but that was another bad day, after waiting for almost 6 hours, again I went home. The third day, I showed up angrily and threated to block their shop and call the police, upon that they urgently started making calls to get parts and fix my car, and they told I am all set, I drove my car back, only later for my son to discover one leg nut was missing in rear tire, I called back, manager told me I can come back, they will put the leg nut in few minutes, but that did not happen, because they did not have the right leg nut, apparently their technician misplaced the original leg nut. I followed up two weeks later, one of the guys working there foolishly advised me, if it was his car, he would fix it himself, while failing to fix my car. They had a new manager, he promised to get the leg nut fixed, but later only to find out they made it even worse by loosing the bolt as well. I would find better place for next time. The worst experience ever!

I usually don’t write reviews but when I receive excellent customers service I think it should be done. I wanna thank Christian for excellent customer service. Christian was very polite knowledgeable and extremely informative. He went out his way to help me and also make sure I was a satisfied customer. I wish other employees would provide customer service as well as he did. Common courtesy is a lost art in business and it goes a long way. I will definitely recommend friends to go to Mavis tires in Portchester. Thanks again Christian !!

I had a wonderful experience at Mavis Port Chester. Christian was incredibly helpful, friendly and informative. They took my car right away and when I had questions, they were so quick to help me. Service was excellent and all were very professional. I highly recommend them to others and will continue to come back to Mavis Port Chester.
