Love old navy! Always find something fun. Prices could be a little lower but I know I can pick something in my size and I know it will fit me. I have never had to return anything because it didn't fit.

This is the first time I've given a store two stars. The place stated 50 percent of select styles store wide. After purchasing the selected styles that only off 50 percent, they charge me full price. When I inquire as to why, the clerk stated the purchaser is to apply for the old navy card in order to receive the 50 percent off. This to me is false advertising and a roose to have customers enticed in. I won't fall for that again.

I like the store and I like the stock but I often feel like I get the run-around from the staff. There seems to be some misunderstanding concerning the gift certificates I receive from having the Old Navy credit card. No two staff members seems to deal with them in the same way. I feel rather devalued as a customer due to this fact.
