Falmouth Goodwill has become so disappointing. There used to be wonderful things at great prices, but no longer. Inventory seems poor to mediocre and much higher prices. Then they offer the "Special Handpicked Selection" and ask a ridiculous price. I wanted to buy 2 books by Michael Connelly and they were $9 each!! C'mon, used book for $9?

The store was filthy, lots of dusty cobwebs in the corners of the changing room. This store is cramped, too, with only enough room in isles for people going in one direction. Stock is poorly organized. The place is frankly a mess. Customer Service Representatives VERY friendly and helpful as much as they can be, but the store is understaffed. A representative replied to me saying they are trying to hire more staff. My advice is to pay a living wage, something in the $20-25 range, minimum, with full health care and dental. The working class is done being ground up for the profit of the 1%.

The prices are ridiculous. Anything that looks interesting gets moved to their "handpicked" section, where the prices are even higher. I've been shopping at Goodwill for a long time, but I don't even bother going in anymore and will no longer be donating.

The workers have always been pretty friendly and the store is usually pretty clean and tidy but the prices have gotten out of hand. I will no longer be shopping here. Goodwill, I don’t know what is going on, but I just can’t support the absolute price gouging that is happening here. You would move so. much. more. product if you stopped trying to be some kind of bougie boutique. I used to love this goodwill. So disappo. So far, prices are somewhat more reasonable in Topsham and Brunswick so I will be going there instead. Truly upsetting.

Hi Lois, all the stores take computers, even if they are not working! 🙂
Thanks for asking. We are accepting donation drop offs at our Falmouth location. We accept them 10 am to 6 pm Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday. You're welcome!
Thanks for asking. We do not do home pick ups.
We do, thank you :)
Yes they do, I see them there all the time Elaine
