Not a bad bus terminal. Has some vending machines and a relatively clean bathroom.

The bus driver wasn't very nice. Just as soon as the last passenger got off he quickly shut the door and started backing up, never seeing the lady that was intending to get on. She had to run in front of the bus to try to get his attention, in order for him to stop. He wasn't pleasant to her while she was attempting to put luggage away. I sure wouldn't want to ride your bus.

You can purchase tickets right before the bus ride down at the customer service desk and it's best to arrive at least 30 mins before the bus departure time to ensure your seat being a first come first serve basis so it's better to buy the tickets online at the Concord Busline Website.
Try enerprise to rent a few caro vans. Shouldn't be too expensive. Less than the bus line.
I have taken Concord buses from Logan to Augusta several times and last year never had a seat assigned. Unless its a new policy then you might want to call them and see if they changed their policy.

While Concord might have the most reliable busses, unfortunately, their technology is still stuck in the 1990s and they don't have mobile tickets or good apps like their competitors
I think the furthest south the Concord will take you is NY.
There schedules are online. You can also call the 800 number and ask customer service. But to answer the question, the scheduled estimated time of arrival is 925 am. Thats the earliest but make sure you take in account traffic if traveling Mon thru Fri
