I had a pleasant experience with Arturius, I think the name was. Although, they didn't use the perfect match machine. But the Fenty color suggested was nice, along with the Fenty blush, and cleanser kit.

The people that work at this sephora are always the kindest, most helpful people. My friend and I come to this one this most n are always greated and the ppl usually remember us and our preferences. The are just very personable and helpful and I highly recommend this location.

I had the pleasure of meeting Arturo about a month ago. I am of the older generation and I felt a little intimidated In selecting new products. Arturo was so wonderful helping me with the correct shades and explaining what I needed for my skin. The best experience I have ever had buying makeup.

Not the first time I have a bad experience here. Seriously terrible customer service . I have worked in customer service before so I am not one to complain for stupid things but I will be shopping online from now on. There were about 6 employees and two other customers. I aproached an employee asking for a mascara I saw online and she asked someone else (best part of my experience) the other lady who was not busy at all just standing around looked at the product on my phone and said “no we don’t” and literally walked away . No eye contact or anything . I desperately needed a mascara and eyeliner and if anyone had suggested ANY I would’ve bought them. I walked around her again to see if maybe she’d offer help but nope. Waste of time .
