Overpriced for mediocre food. The service was bad as well and really rude. The host isn't attentive to the entrance and I literally had to get his attention. The buttermilk pancakes were dry and had no type of flavor. The scrambled eggs were underseasoned and were broken up like small grains of rice. The only good things were the free water, coffee, bacon, sausage, and fries. Definitely wouldn't come here again.

Don't understand the bad reviews??? My son is a student at Montclair State and we always go there when we visit him. Friendly and courteous staff, delicious food served hot and fast, one of the best diners I've eaten in anywhere. Plus they treat the students very well, have weekly specials and provide a very nice environment for them to get away to and relax or get some work done.

I love this place. The service was excellent. The food was good. Only thing I didn't like was the price. I get college food is supposed to be expensive but their cheapest meal was $7 but if you have the funds for it, this is a great place to eat
