Went there today for a manicure and pedicure. Worst experience ever. I'm not sure if they were trying to hurry up and get my black face out of there or was this how Ana worked. She rushed me through everything to where I found myself leaving before some customers that were already there. This was my first time there. It was awful and I won't be coming back. She soaked my feet I. Plain water. No scrub. She didn't scrub my feet, nor biff my toenails. One coat of polish and no top coat. No lotion on my feet. It was just bad for a first experience. And there was more than enough staff there.

I recently relocated to Portland from NYC and stumbled on AnnLe after leaving class at SMCC. I’ve been a regular for about 3 months now and couldn’t be happier. I’ve been getting acrylics on my natural length for years, and I love Ann and Les work. I can go a solid 2-3 weeks between fills without a single chip. They’re a great couple, and provide amazing service. (PS The color in the picture is 372)

First time trying the place…The owner, or “Anna”, rushed and did not focus on my nails for more than 30 seconds at a time. I can’t believe I actually had to pay for these…awful experience all around. Oh yeah; and the dip color I chose is nowhere near the color she used. I didn’t stop her at the time because powder usually looks different in the jar before application. 0/10

Detail oriented! I got a fill this time, next time will be seeing Lee for DIPs! Great attitude, Great recommendations, Great knowledge. It was nice to be interacted with vs some places that aren't personable because of language barrier!
