Lived here for 2 years. Management and maintenance is quick to respond to any questions or issues. Rent is pricey, but the community is safe and quiet. Always ample parking.

I have been living here for more than 2 years. I love this place. I think in South Portland this is the best apartment that i have seen. They have washer dryer inside the unit. They also have centralized AC/Heating. During snow days, they have the roads and side walk cleaned. Friendly employees.
