I previously had a bad experience with their Service Dept. Yesterday, I called about the smell of propane near my Franklin Gas Stove, and they rushed out and repaired a small leak right then! Very pleased with the prompt resolution of this safety issue!

Even with COVID causing a slow down in service, I have been frustrated beyond belief at having to wait 6 weeks to have my stove serviced when it won't run. Ravelli stove manuals offer little to no information on doing anything except cleaning the burn chamber. Most everything else is "call a technician". So, I called 5 times in 3 weeks and was just put off, and finally I was told it was 6 to 8 weeks out for service. No one called me back. That's poor customer service at best. So if you but a stove here, you better have a reliable back up heat source if you get a Ravelli because you will need their service. I've had a few issues with the Ravelli, but I really wish I found a store that would help me out when I have a problem.
