My primary care physician died about a month ago and I only found out by reading her obituary in the newspaper, and a month later Samaritan hasn't notified me or assigned me a new primary care!Horrible medical care, incompetent, rude, LAZY employees. Constantly wrong or missed diagnoses. It would better serve as a morgue than a hospital system. Zero stars if possible.

Terry Jones and his team are the worst medical joke in Newport. From false medical records, blowing off reception duties, not answering messages, to failing to send life saving scripts like insulin on time. If you want to die or be neglected or have your elderly parents refuse medical treatment because they're so frustrated? See Terry Jones. If you want to be told to "not eat" to lose weight when you're in stage four cardiac failure? See Terry Jones. If you want to DIE, Terry Jones and staff are your ticket to the grave.

This is the WORST place for pregnancy care. Won't pick up the phone for weeks, rude receptionist, won't return calls and won't work with me to get my maternity leave set up with my job. This place causes me more stress than it should during my pregnancy when it's supposed to help.

Closed while waiting to check in. 55 minutes before posted closing time. Wasted 15 minutes standing at check in window then told us previous kid was their last admission.
