Update: was a little concerned at first but definitely was impressed when I picked my camper. As I expected there were a few minor issues, a lightbulb here and there.. Minor stuff you’d expect with a used camper. What sold me was how they handled larger problems. It’s easy to meet people’s expectations when everything goes well. Harder when problems arise. The owner made every effort to meet my expectations and I feel confident that I purchased a used camper my family will enjoy for years to come. I would definitely recommend purchasing from them. You just have to be understanding and patient with their process. The five star rating is well deserved and definitely earned. Buying a used RV from them right now and this review will change as we go. I had to put down a $500 deposit which is contingent on everything working. The owner stated “It’s a $500 deposit. I’ll send you videos of everything working. If everything is working, the deposit is non-refundable because I have to pay the guy to come look it over.” That sounded reasonable, if everything works, I am locked in. If things don’t work then I am off the hook. That’s good business and I found that to be a fair deal so I accepted. I received three videos. On one of the videos, the trailer tester shows the Right/Stop not functioning. No explanation as to why. I asked and am awaiting a response. My assumption is they’ll fix whatever the issue is, probably a bulb or some wiring issue and we’re going to be pretty happy campers because Everything up to this point has been a positive experience.

We were very happy with our experience here. We bought a 2017 camper from them a couple of weeks ago and I just got done cleaning it. I assumed, it being used, that it would need some cleaning. But it is REALLY clean. I am impressed and grateful. The 4-star instead of 5 is because this is during the pandemic and no one there was wearing a mask or using physical distancing. Otherwise, we are happy with these people! Update on 11/18: just had the trailer inspected – mechanic said the brakes and wheel bearings were like new. Update on 6/25/21: we love this trailer and have had no issues with it.

This is a great place to see a lot of campers with good prices in one location. I am usually a haggler but the prices are firm. However, after doing a lot of research on what used campers go for, I did not mind agreeing on the set price as it was very reasonable. Ryan and Missy were very friendly and were very helpful once I made the decision regarding which unit I was going to purchase. They sent a video to me of the camper I purchased demonstrating all systems worked. When I came to pick up the camper, they attached it to my truck for me and were happy to share camping tips with me as I am a novice at this. The only advice I would give to RG & Son Sales is it would be nice to have someone walk me through the different campers and demonstrate features they have. However, they may have done this before COVID 19 was an issue. Overall, I would absolutely recommend going to RG & Sons to buy a good priced camper. I will definitely use them in the future.
