I have been living here since the beginning of this year. They provide you with electric connection which is very suspect. I have received electric bills of over $150/person in a 3 bedroom apartment during winters, and all we used was the heater (at 72F), the electric gas and the occasional laundry once a week. What we possibly did to have electricity bills that ended up costing $450 a month for a 3 bedroom is beyond my imagination. We got such outrageous bills atleast 3 times in the winter with no explanation or transparency whatsoever. I have used similar amenities with different properties before and had never seen our bill go over $160 for the entire apartment. People I know who stayed at Alight complained of the same. Avoid this property if you want to avoid paying atrocious electric bills with no transparency from the management!!!

Apartment flooded twice, the sink fell into the cabinet, the tv stopped working did not get a replacement for two weeks then gave me an old TV with no remote until a new one was ordered and did not come until I had moved away for the summer. Maintenance comes timely and is very polite 5 stars for them.

I'm a parent that pays, and this is not where son would go if I had a choice. I'm stuck paying for the room during summer vacation. Out of 2 school year, I'm stuck with 6 months of payment for vacating the room. On top of that, this place enforces monthly payment for parking that my son is not able to drive with medical condition. And I have not signed leases under my name. But being forced to guarantee. I sent email and text before. But no reply. Soon will be considering legal action.

I truly cannot believe the long list of issues that my roommates and I have experienced since signing here. Every single step of the process was messed up, from our pets, move-in dates that were promised, our billing, even resigning to live here another year which was clearly a huge mistake. Any issue brought to the office is met with gaslighting and making you seem crazy for valid issues. It has gotten to the point that I felt the need to make a review to tell people to go elsewhere. I will not be living here any longer than I have to, and I would never recommend it to anybody I cared about.
