If I could give 0 stars I would. I had the worst experience of my LIFE after this salon was recommended to me by my mom and best friend. I grew up in the area & moved away, but was back in town for the Thanksgiving holiday. I called around 4pm on Wednesday before Thanksgiving and they told me I could come at 5:30 for a dip manicure. At 4:30, the salon called back and asked me to come ASAP as there were cancellations. When I arrived, I was the only customer and there were two employees. I asked for a french manicure with a gel burgundy tip and was assured it was no problem. A male nail tech took off my old polish, and wrapped my nails, then a female took over with dipping and applying the tips I asked for. The tips were all extremely asymmetrical and of varying thickness. Before I even said anything, the nail tech started over 3-4 times, taking off the tips with alcohol each time. After nearly 90 minutes, I asked for just solid burgundy, but she insisted on trying again. This attempt was worse. I was intentional about remaining polite, but it wasn't what I had asked for. At this point 3 other appointments had walked in and the two techs were bouncing between the 4 of us, taking turns ignoring each paying customer for 15 to 20 minutes at a time. After the 3rd attempt to fix my nails the female nail tech stormed away without saying anything to me. She spoke to the male (not in english) obviously frustrated with me and the situation. I then sat with no one helping me and the WORST nails I had ever seen. After nearly an hour of sitting, the male tech came back and wrapped my nails to start completely over. I picked a solid burgundy and it turned out fine after THREE HOURS. I was there from 4:45-8pm on thanksgiving eve and still charged full price. When I was told the total I said "I have been sitting here for 3 hours" and in return a message on google translate was showed to me on the techs phone that said "you asked for a hand drawn design. every artist different. happy thanksgiving day!" He gave me a $5 off coupon for next time. It was truly the worst customer service experience of my life and I was so upset that I had family at home waiting for me for 2 hours. If you can't do a french tip just tell the customers. I would have gotten a solid color from the start. The final product was okay, but not the shape I like. I was too exhausted to ask for anything to be fixed & just wanted to leave. Will never go back or recommend.

I went here before going on a trip, booked an appointment last minute and was taken right away when I walked in. Very quick but professional gel manicure. The gel manicure was under $30, I paid a bit more for designs. There did not appear to be air-conditioning but the doors were both open and the circulation was good. Highly recommend.

I have used this nail spa a few times for a gel manicure since it is near my home. I found that it depends on who does your nails for the quality or 'lack of pain.' One of the younger women is a little rough and there was a defect within 24 hours - I went back and they gladly fixed it and had no further problems for more than 2 weeks. My preference for a technician is one of the older woman, she does a much better job. For now I will continue to use this spa but may look to try some place else in the future.

I unfortunately went to this salon to get a fill & grant you I live half a mile away and never complain. But I would not recommend to anybody unless they want to experience being cut and sore afterwards. This morning my hands actually hurt with water running on them and the paint has already chipped. They actually started chipping last night. I won’t even go back to get my nails fixed and I am going away this weekend. Only one coat of paint was put on them. I was there for over an hour and 20 minutes. The technician stoped multiple times to handle other business like doing another individuals nails. He stopped in the middle of my nails for a good 10ish minutes.
