To say that their general manager is unprofessional, rude and hostile is an understatement. So much so I canceled my pals membership, will not continue training and will not enter any store she manages. Petco needs better people in their manger roles to say the least.

My dogs get the best grooming at the Plaistow NH Petco. They are both finicky and hate to go anywhere except to their grooming appointment. I highly recommend this place for your pet.

Brittany, Brittany, Brittany! What a wonderful employee and asset to Petco! I was "that guy" with a return but no receipt or return QR. Brittany was able to pull up my online order using just my phone number. She also helped 2 other customers while I was getting a product to scan. Came back to counter to find her carrying a BIG bag of dog food to a pick up customer. She offered to carry it out to the car for them, I was truly impressed. So thankful she made my return so easy. Her dedication will keep my business at Petco, hopefully Plaistow.

NEVER bring your dog here to be groomed if you want them to look any sorts or normal or good. My mom took her adorable teddy bear pup to be cut (she has long hair) and she asked for her hair to be left pretty long. After many hours later.. she picked her up and she is completely shaven. The pup looks AWFUL. She is so upset and this is so sad. Both her and I are so mad. Who does this to a long haired dog without approval first?! TERRIBLE!!!
