Miss Jackie is one employee to look out for, her excellent service at breakfast and the evening specials is unimaginably spectacular, professional in conduct with excellent service. Makes me always look forward to breakfast throughout my 23 days of stay . I checked out today and that leaves a positive memory .

Positive: The courteousness of the staff! They were apologetic and kind. Negative: The suite we were given the hallway reaped of the smell of animal feces. The sofa within our room smelled of urine. We were given 2 new rooms since there was no more suites available. I had wanted the seven of us to be together but was impossible.

everything was wrong at this hotel. It smelled like dog in the hall and in the room and on the furniture. No maid service. We had to empty our own trash and beg for towels every day. The bed was lumpy and soft. The shower spigot broke off. It was a hellish mess. Definitely not worth the premium price. When I checked in the clerk looked up from his phone. Said online checkin? Handed me the keys and went back to his phone.

Great place to stay. I was with them for 2 and 1/2 weeks and it felt like home. Great amenities and great staff. The manager Tom went above and beyond to make sure that my stay was amazing.
