Staff is awful. I had a membership here for over a year. I move out of town and have emailed/called/fb messaged the company at least 5-6 times asking me membership to be cancelled. I was told it was being sent to the “team” to cancel back in September and yet each month I am still being charged. I keep calling and no one answers the phone and I’ve sent Facebook messages and they keep being read and ignored. I’ll be filing this as fraud through my bank now to get out of the charges since they refuse to cancel a service I literally cannot use now.

The name doesn’t fit. Paid $25.00 for the “bestest wash”. Let’s just say I should have bought the cheapest wash - because that’s what I got. Grandkids would have done a much better job.

Little steep... isn't great cleaning back of your ride but it's a touch less wash which the ones where the scrubbers touch your car is what creates the swirls on your paint job! ... After reading their reply I gotta say that totally makes sense and how top notch of y'all to offer the advice and even say you'd run it through again if I wanted to. You guys are fairly near by me so you have my business anyways (that and the wash does do an overall good job) but I appreciate your commitment to the customer. A lot of folks visiting the new deal there in town are going to be sorry when they look closely at the finish of their vehicle! Touchless is the only way to go!

Just be careful after you sign up for automatic withdraws from any personal accounts that if you cancel membership that they stop taking your money!
I cancelled it October of 2018 when we moved to Virginia. And so We need to a refund for the 6 months you have charged me for after moving. Thank you for your cooperation.
