If I could give less than 1 star, I would without hesitation or question. I had the absolute worst customer service experience I have ever had in this store today. The employee behind the counter was rude, blatantly ignored me MULTIPLE times, and showed complete disregard for my shipment, me as a customer, and the other customers in the store. I will not be returning.

Beware. This store is not staffed by official UPS employees. Why is this important to you? They cannot sign any receipt they provide for you if you declare a package has value of more than $100. You will either need to find a driver and hand deliver your package to him in the street and get a signature, or go to the official UPS store according to these guys in Lynnfield. Why two stars? The employees are not solution oriented and will not figure out how to solve this problem for you, they will only tell you they can’t do anything about it besides take your package. How is UPS ok with you buying insurance but not staffing official employees to sign your receipt, or even find a solution for you to do so? I’m not sure. These guys at the store aren’t sure also. Poor customer service. I will work with Fedex next time.

I don't believe I've ever written a non 5-star review on Google but The UPS Store on Dodge Street wins the award for my first. You can chronically count on having to wait in line here. I am literally waiting in a line of 10 people, stretching down the sidewalk at this very moment. There has to be a better way. Someone please open an alternative location.

I’d pick a different location with a better atmosphere and competent staff. The woman working here has religious sermons being blasted over the speaker. The line is longer than you can imagine because she is enormous and barely able to do her job.
