I usually get the ups delivered around 6.30 evening, his great and delivers to my door with no problem. Ups on the weekend or afternoon leave my package in the mail area where it can be stolen, plus I'm disabled and I cannot lift heavy box luckily a person visiting his mom helped carry the over 70lb box for me. I was told after I complained about the issue which usually happens was suppose to call back in a few days, it's been 2 wks and they have that robot which makes it much harder to talk to someone. Ups in the afternoon becoming like FedEx just dump and leave.

UPS has TERRIBLE customer service. Not allowing a customer go speak with a live person is infuriating. They don’t deserve one star. I had two large items being delivered today, only one was delivered, yet tracking said both items were delivered. When I tried to call customer service, the automated answering service kept telling me I couldn’t speak to a rep I would need to file a claim online and would disconnect the call.

Front doors locked and nobody home despite being listed as being open 10AM-1PM RIGHT ON THE DOOR. Especially infuriating considering I had packages being held at this location due to some sort of internal error. It took over a month of calling customer support to finally get my freaking package.

If I could rate zero stars, I would. Consistently garbage service: claims such as "your address was incomplete on your package" are frequent yet the address is perfect. They've left my packages in public areas, such as .25 miles from my house at a cluster of mailboxes, and would you believe my stuff has been stolen? How about the time one of their drivers hit a car parked in my driveway and left without reporting it? If I could choose to never have anything shipped via UPS, I would at this point. The horrible service is evidently something they're content with, because the only changes I can perceive have all been that it's getting worse and worse, and rapidly. Absolutely unacceptable on every level and I have no empathy or compassion left given how often I've been disadvantaged by their poor organization and support.

This happens at this UPS. I had a package sit there for a week, and after that week of waiting I canceled it the order from Amazon. Amazon issued the full refund. UPS delivered the now canceled package three days after the the refund was paid. I refused delivery. Good' luck with this depo.

Best way of dealing with this is to pick it up at the customer center. But if you really need a delivery, you should make a UPS My Choice account with the name of the receiver and file for another delivery attempt through that (may cost $).

They intentionally do not publish any local numbers of their shipping centers because it will slow down what little staff they have on duty. I suggest calling or visiting a local UPS store and get them to see if they can help you, or even have them call the shipping center.

Have your tracking number and your government issued ID, and I suggest avoiding peak times like lunch hours etc.
