Fun place for kids and adults but it is not clean or well kept, by any means. Also, I’m surprised that no one mentioned anything about the exhaust vent/fan that was about to fall through the ceiling in these reviews. The entire vent/fan system was shaking the ceiling panel - it looked like it had been repaired many times but was about to break free. Parents were telling their children not to stand underneath it. I’ve contacted customer service but this needs to be addressed asap before someone gets seriously injured.

I totally agree with the previous bad reviews about how this place is badly maintained. Some of those reviews had responses from the owner that is going to maintain the place. After months, I can confirm that, even if we arrived the morning at the opening, the restrooms were very dirty already from the day(s) before, garbage cans full. In the trampoline areas, 50-75% of the lights were off and can hardly see in some areas ; I have asked if they can turn lights on...the response is that the lights are not off and they only needed replacement. About the maintenance of the playing equipment itself ; foams are very used and dirty, duct tape to "repare" equipment, mats overused, closed section, missing hanging ropes, etc. Who knows if the trampolines are checked to see if they are safe? Only 1 employee was visible, and was at the cashier, there was no lifeguard or any staff in the playroom... How can a custumor sign a waiver in these conditions? It is not a good value for the price ; 60$ for 4 persons for an hour in these conditions is unreasonnable. We use to come a few years ago, and it was a very nice place, maintained and organized. For now, it lacks maintenance at an unacceptable stage ; I do not recommand the Williston Get Air, unless serious changes are done.

I took my kids and their cousins on Halloween day and they did a Halloween costume party for teens later on. They had so much fun!!! They have party tables and let you bring in outside food. There is massage chairs throughout the building, but are a little over priced. The staff was good. Kind of a big place, so it can be a task to keep track of your group if you have a lot of kids on your own. They have a spot netted off for dodge ball and only have over priced vending machines for food and drink on site. I would take my family again even though its a 3 hour drive for us.

This place has become Lord of the flies! With no time limit bracelets, no supervision to monitor guests and no upkeep of the obstacles it really has become a pit. Very unsatisfied with how unkept this place has become.

Over priced vending machines with candy, snacks, soda and water. They had broken credit card readers on they and only would accept $1 dollar bills and was an inconvenience.
Blackout dates typically mean that certain promotions aren't valid. For example, "Twice The Time Tuesday" isn't valid during school vacation weeks.
When you first walk inside its in left against wall
Walk ins are usually welcome!

I believe 14 for the first hour. I'm going there now
I didnt see any special lifts, but there was a wheelchair accessible ramp, and trampolines level with the floor, that should be accessible by somebody who needs help ambulating/standing.
No just go up to them then your good to go

The only thing that i saw there was height restrictions....i believe 48" and above. They also have children's 46" and below for different pricing and areas within the facility.
There is a waiting area with picnic tables and vending machines. Of you are there just watching you don't need to pay for yourself, but still have to be on premises. The place is for family fun not a day care.
It's around $40.00 we had three children with us though. You should contact the business to find out for sure.
Very family friendly. Young children have their own area. Parents don't have to pay if they don't want to jump. At your own risk as you know.
$15 a person, plus $3 for special socks, per person, and $1 for locker rental
$15 for one hour, $24 for two hours. Jump socks are required and they are $3
I believe that there is.
