I hired Associated Designs to modify our chosen design from their website. Their pricing seemed a little better than other sites with this same floor plan. Modifications were completed to my requirements. However they set the timeframe to get the plans back after each round of review. They did not meet their own time frame set, not even once. Off each time by a week or more with a response only after I emailed requesting an update.
