First Bojangles I’ve been too and it was a great first experience. The manager was great, other staff were friendly and checked on us during our meal. The chicken was a little dry but everything else was great, especially for fast food.

Just got off the phone with an employee, that answered the phone but was quick to tell me that he had customers waiting in line and he had to put them on hold to answer my question, which he didn’t answer. He told me to order online. When I tried to explain it only gave me an option to use door dash or grub hub, he Said he didn’t have time to take my order because again, he had customers waiting in line. Guess my business isn’t as important as others. Will never go to Bojangles again, as this was the rudest experience ever. I hope he learns customer service skills real quick. My employees would no longer have a job if they EVER treat any of my customers as this young man did me!! What a shame!!!

Bojangles has great breakfast options compared to many other fast food places since their biscuits are great for sandwiches. This location was efficient with lots of cars and the service was good, they made sure our order was correct. Checks all the boxes for cheap convenient fast food.

We don't have Bojangles in Ohio. So I was very excited to try it. And I was not disappointed at all. The staff in the drive thru was very patient with helping me choose what to eat lol! These fries are freaking amazing! The chicken is delicious. So glad I finally got to try it! And I fed 2 adults and 1 child for $23. Cheaper than McDonald's. And way better food!!!
