Very quiet, safe and well kept park. My wife is a travel nurse. She felt safe with just her and her dog, I.V. (yes, her dogs name is a play on words, pronounced Ivy). Clean private bathhouse, camp store, TSC and Dollar General near by. Pool was open when she left 7/23/22.

Tight spaces. Lots of people living there so stuff everywhere. Pool NOT operational...super green. Rayes are kinda high for not offering much. I gave them some stars cuz Jeanette and owner were very nice. Laundry facility and restrooms.

Very laid back. Very quiet. Definitely great for long term camping. I work construction. So we are longer-term. Good value on the cabin and trailers for rent. I was able to get most of crew a place to stay here. Close to the city but far enough away you don't have to deal with the city. I would recommend this place to anyone. The staff has always been very helpful and accommodating.

I agree with another recent review. One star for friendly staff (so friendly that I felt too bad to complain about our horrible stay). One star for clean bathrooms. Please note that the lock on bathroom stall 2 does not work sometimes. Those are the only positives I can give this place. I guess I would add a half-star if I could for the game room. At least it was air-conditioned, but the equipment needs updating. There was only one paddle for ping pong, the darts for the electric dart board were broken, all but one of the pool sticks were broken, and the fuse ball table was put together wrong with the skews that hold the different colored players in the wrong place. The pool is green and inoperable...this needs to be mentioned on the website as the main activity for many families while camping is swimming. There did appear to be working laundry facilities. I was given site 76 with electric for my tent so I could blow up my air mattress. It was a grassy spot next to the front gate and main roads which appeared to be one of about 5 available spots in the whole campground not occupied by long term residents or rental campers/cabins. The grass had grown up to mid-calf and was uncomfortably itchy. They did mow around my tent on day 2, but that just created a mess of grass clippings to track into my tent. There was no fire ring or picnic table at the one spot I was assigned. The residents were loud and the noise from the street and surrounding neighbors even louder. I should have spoken up, but instead I left very disappointed and felt robbed of $138 for two uncomfortable nights on a patch of grass with minimal amenities. People...save your time and get your money's worth...stay in a hotel.

When I stayed there, we had a monthly rate. You can either check the website or give them a call. They are good people.
Yes, leashed
Yes! All friendly dogs that are current on their shots and are kept on their leash are allowed!
Pretty sure it's pay per foot for rvs. All rent grounds are up the hill in the back. More secluded.
