Went back and forth for 6 weeks trying to schedule a repair just to find out that they not only can't get the parts but that if parts were available they don't have the necessary tools/devices to actually verify the repair or refill the system with coolant from the repair as though they would have done it if materials were available just to send me home with a transmission that was waiting to self-destruct or charge me extra on top the repair fees to have it sent to a dealership on their behalf. We have used this facility for years and this company's different franchises in a few different states at this point, but will now be looking for someone else to service our vehicles.

I've been coming up to Embden for many years and I knew about VIP tires because of their proximity to Gifford's golf. On my way up this time I had a major tire blowout on my boat trailer. I needed a new tire and I decided to go to Skowhegan and visit VIP. I'm glad I did. The service was excellent. I spoke to Griffen about my problem and he immediately got my tire out of the car and brought it into the store. He checked his inventory and he had a few tires that he could offer. He explained the difference and I chose the one he recommended. Although he was busy he said he could take the old off and put the new one on the rim. We left to do some errands and in about 30 minutes the tire was done. Both my wife and I were shocked that it was done so quickly. Awesome service, a knowledgeable and super friendly person in griffin and very decent pricing. I'm so glad we stopped in for our tire needs.
