Steve the manager helped us with a door wall panel that had a seal problem in the window causing fog like damage inside on left side of slider panel. We called & spoke with Steve he told us still under warranty & exchanged for a new one in stock. Our installer was still at our house to pick up & put in new panel. All within hours thanks to Steve's great customer service! We really appreciated his help!

Worst customer service ever. Bought an outside door ( from their scratch and dent inventory), got it back to Englewood and it was the wrong size - turns out the wrong size was marked on it. OK. So we paid an extra $120 to get the last “new” door they had - we should have looked at it carefully but I was in the store when they loaded it into the car. Get back home and it’s got a really big ding in the middle of the door . . . Called back and informed we could bring back but no more available for 6-8 weeks ( plus just by her attitude it would have been a major undertaking to get them to take back.)We paid to have it repaired - emails to the “manager “ go unanswered. Deal with another location if possible- if not, check all your items carefully!!
