After being laid off from my prior employer after 11 years of service, Ben Morris at Robert Half reached out to me after finding me on LinkedIn. We talked for some time about my hopes and desires. Then he went to work. He would call me regularly to pitch positions he thought would be a good fit for me. After a few weeks, he found the one. I could hear it in his voice as he told me about it.
