Started out well enough. Talked with the rep at Randstad who set up an interview with their client a few days later. Afterwards things took a downhill turn very quickly. I was told the client wanted to bring me on. However my Period of Performance was now 3 months, and not 6 like orginally discussed. Also the financial terms and benefits package were never put into writing in my offer and I was told "The onboarding process is your offer letter". I feel the recruitment pitch is deceptive and not worth pursuing if you can't even receive transparency through so much as an offer letter.

This is my field, this is what i love and I'm good at it.
