Very unprofessional who ever the lazy operator in my opinion needs a new Job like seriously. I got laid off from my job and thought I could get some help and the operator knows absolutely nothing. Every time I call she transfer me to this voicemail, my messages are never answered it's been a week now, It's to the point where the operator is picking up and hanging the phone up in my face this is very upsetting

Cant get anybody on phone. They can't help do the job they supposed to do. They just walk and not help. It's not even packed like they busy
