The ladies in the office are so sweet and VERY helpful. Couldn’t ask for a better group to represent an organization. Very professional yet easy going. Hard workers. The whole staff was very helpful and I appreciated that when people were being loud or talking on the phone, the auctioneer would address it right then and there so people didn’t miss what was going on. All around great experience.

Came here for the first time, now wishing i never had. I left after just about 90 lots. I was surprised i dint leave sooner.The auctioneer is a tool and a mayor disappointment. Extremely rude to bidder's. Extremely unprofessional. People where living shortly after it started and seem like there was a lot of upset people with the auctioneer. Will never come here again. Will deff not recommend this place. Customer service sure goes a long way..... its free to be nice to people....

Have been going off and on for a few years. Stop going here and there for months at a time because of the auctioneers tendency to change the way he is auctioning an item mid bid or acts as though he has favorites (prob just coincidence). Today was the last straw when I waited for two guys to stop bidding and raised my hand when he said a number, then he immediately said sold. Yes he saw me before he said sold. This isnt the first time happening. But today he stated he can sell it whenever and doesn't have to say last call for bid. When he said the number I raised my number, end of story. He has surveillance so he can't say I am losing. I took what I already purchased and l left. Today had been 6 months since my last visit. Others at the auction said they had stopped going for a while as well because of the auctioneers. Also love the fact that it is an absolute auction, but will pass on bids and hold the item till the following week if it isnt what he considers a good bid.
