Poorly stocked hardware. Went in for 4 springs and they didn't have any stock of anything and supposedly would be 3 weeks to get anything else in. Off to Amazon, Lowe's, or Home Depot.

Great store and great staff, always willing to help out. I visit them frequently for unique hardware that most big box stores don't sell.
