I have Always gone here for Anything I Need altered. They always say a week to do but call ahead to make sure it is B4 coming. I think there Great! They are busy that's for sure! I highly recommend!!

What is meant by "2 or 3 pain?" If you mean "inches" then yeah, any clothing alteration shop should be able to help you.
