I didn't have any of the customer service problems others report. I mean, they're not overly warm, but they were quick to answer my question and get me what I needed. The product I purchased was $23+ more than the identical product at ACE. But that comes with the territory of a small shop.

This was my first time in the store and I was actually there to purchase lawn equipment. There were 5 people behind the counter but it took 5 minutes for someone to even acknowledge that I was in the store. They had everything I needed but money spends every where and if I’m going to spend a large amount of it, I would like to at least feel welcome. Maybe it’s just me☹️ When someone finally did speak it was a dry hello. Never asked if I needed help or what I needed.

Mower tires can only be plugged no matter where you go

I believe not you would have to just buy a new tire they sale them at home depot or any lawn mower shop
No, only do repairs in our shop. call us 813-949-1384, to arrange a pickup if you do not have ability to bring unit in. Keep in mind we only work on Snapper, Exmark and Wright Stander mowers. Thank You, Al
