The massage therapists are wonderful. However the management and front desk are not. I cancelled my membership over two months ago because they had several scheduling issues -- I went in twice and didn't get service because they couldn't find my appointment in their system. And they were never able to get my account to make appointments online (after several requests over the phone). I finally cancelled and I'm still being charged! I hope their management gets their act together to match the service provided by their massage therapists. I'm currently waiting for a $120 refund for the additional months I was charged after I cancelled.

I signed up for a membership in June and was so excited as have not had massages and facials in a while and was so happy to do something to take care of myself. July came around and I got charged two separate $65 monthly membership fees. I called the front desk on 7/7/22 and was told they only see one transaction, but I insisted I have two charges. They asked me to send a screen shot showing the charges which I immediately sent via email as instructed. I have called countless times trying to to speak with the manager and asking her to call me back. I kept getting the run around; the manager is not here, the manager is sick, the manager is in a meeting and will call you back. It is now July 25th and I called again and once again the manager is not available. I had to call my bank’s claim department who helped me with the issue to get a refund and called Massage Envy to cancel my membership. My esthetician Christina is and Jamie (massage therapist) are amazing, but the unprofessionalism of the manager to ignore a problem for almost 3 weeks has ruined it for this location. When I spoke with the front desk staff today I was told there was another duplicate charge reported to this location by another Jessica and since we had the same first name that the manager thought it was the same person so apparently her issue was resolved. This is how much detail is given to you. It is not about the money but the principal that no one respects you as a person, does not respect your time and ignores your problem when you’ve repeatedly called asking for a call back from the manager. No matter the circumstances the manager should reach out to you if you are a valued customer to try and apologize for the situation ensure it is resolved. This is supposed to be a place that provides relaxation and takes away your stress, not causes it. If you want a place that values you for your money, this is the right place.

Horrible! Staff is disengaged and will keep you on hold. I was calling to let them know I was running late, they kept me on hold and when I arrived the person that had me on hold was scrolling on the cell phone. Get me out of this contract asap. 😵💫 The massage therapist had a language barrier so asking to focus on certain areas was a waste of time. But to her credit she was the most professional staff member in there
