Jaun helped out tremendously. Took it to one shop that suppose to be a BMW specialist. Tried to charge me 1000 to rewire my system. Took it here and Juan found the problem and for way cheaper!

Fernando is a very honest guy. Idk about the other reviews but the service was great from start to finish. My new Mercedes got an audio upgrade and I couldn't be happier with the install and also the level up great service I received.
