There was only supposed to be 2 pieces of fish an this what I got it was 4 pieces fried together an it tasted like the grease was burnt the lady at the window is rude I would’ve recommended this location

Went to get my future mother in-law a dinner and we tried to order from the walk up window because the inside was closed due to not enough staffing, so low and behold a guy comes up and places a order in front of us. Immediately I walked up with disbelief but they took care of us on the order.

Too packed and their speaker doesn't work well as well as certain staff members not really speaking English as well. Honestly,the food could be better as well, and this is coming from a guy who loved some chicken and peach cobbler. Their Rice and Beans really need to be improved!

We ended up at Richie’s after a concert. I have eaten at this location before so I was happy to be back trying the food. The quality has gone down hill. No hot sauce and my order of mashed potatoes weren’t in the bag. I only ordered a four piece dinner with one side!!
