I ordered 1 leg and thigh meal and 1 breast and wing meal. They gave me a thigh instead of a breast. The batter was still raw in places and the chicken could have been cooked a little longer. As far as the potatoes, there was a smudge of gravy. I can remember when KFC was great chicken, but lately they don't seem to care. Very disappointing.

update June 2022. wow. new manager was great. he went out of his way to make sure I had a great lunch even though the drive Through was super busy. this was a good change that you dont see much anymore. the food has always been good, but service wasn't great in the past. I'm hoping this is sign of the future.

I ordered the 8 piece meal that said online was the $20 meal deal but it was $25.99 Plus the $3.18 extra I paid to exchange the 2 wings for 2 breast. The chicken pieces were very small and very dried out like they were sitting in the warmer for too long. I ask for original recipe and pretty sure it was extra crispy, will never go there again!! This was the Sharonville location in Cincinnati Ohio.

We ordered food for dinner around 6pm and received a stale 8 piece family meal.. cold hard fries, hockey pucks for Biscuits, and old, cold chicken. Very disappointing and a waste of money. Oh and they were out of Mashed potatoes... I like how the "owner" leaves a generic response about the consistent terrible reviews and doesn't do anything to resolve the issue at this location. Look at the recent reviews of this place and see the pattern. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!
