Food is great but customer service is the worst I've ever seen. I ordered online and the payment glitched. My card was charged, but my order wasn't processed (unknown to me at the time). I called the location 6 times to find out if they got my order, but no one ever answered. The call center was less than helpful as well as I kept being blind transferred to people who never answered.

As the pizza was good and hot, needed more bacon as it was a bacon and pepperoni pizza. Just needed more!

I ordered some food from this store and there was an older white guy with glasses brought my order to my job ( the Home Depot) was very rude and unprofessional for no reason, he made a smart comment under his breath an walked off. I contacted the store to express what happened. Will not be ordering delivery from this store if I have to deal with rude delivery drivers like that!

Very disappointed!! Im charged extra for double mushrooms and theres hardly ANY on it. In fact, we doubled up on thr other toppings too and those arent doubled up either. We ordered another pizza with normal amounts of toppings and it looks better than the pizza we doubled up on! We were also charged extra for our second pizza because we put different toppings on half of the pizza. These were not extra toppings they were just different than the left side! Guess we will just go back to Domino’s or Pizza Pipeline!!
