I haven't been to a Chile's in years. I don't usually sit down at chain restaurants because I have a specialized diet and my wife is vegan, so it's hard to find places to eat sometimes. I had a chicken Caesar salad and she had a black bean burger. They originally brought out a regular burger, but the server was really nice, and they fixed it quick. The food was good, and they have these cool little tablet things on the tables that you can play games on, etc, and it shows your bill at the end of the meal, and you can pay right there, it even allows you to split the check multiple ways. Pretty cool. The 5 stars was mainly for the service. Or server was really nice, and she took care of the mistake really quickly.

Always forget sauce or food just thrown in box. No hello. No thank you. No sorry. Just nothing. And to always leave a tip for this same mess is ridiculous. Oh and to get wherever you're going just to realize the silverware you asked for isn't in there. So you just eat with your hands and wipe them on your shirt because you have no napkins!!! Just great! Won't be returning to this location

I always really liked Chili's but for some reason they changed the meat that they use for the fajitas which is very sad because their old fajitas were the bomb. Now there were some pieces I couldn't even eat because they were too tough and that's not how Chili's fajitas used to be for sure they also put some kind of weird seasoning on top now that wasn't on there before either I probably next time we'll have a steak instead of the fajitas just because that's not a good choice of meat when eating fajitas you do not want them to be chewy especially for $20 a plate. The server was really nice there wasn't a lot of people in the restaurant it was mid-afternoon I'm used to it being a lot busier there so the food came out really fast which was nice if you're in a hurry at lunch you might want to stop there you could probably get in and out in an hour.

This restaurant is completely dead on Easter. Came here to have nice lunch after church. Was seated immediately a server came by 5 minutes later to tell us our server would be over soon. Next table over people sat down and that same waitress took there drink order. I finally ask for a manager 15 minutes later with no drinks. She took 7 minutes to come to table as we were leaving. She said sorry and I walked out. No wonder they are dead on Easter their service is so bad they can't get anyone to come back. What a shame. Huge mega church across the street and not one of thousands is willing to try to have lunch there go figure.
