Horrible shipping service. Avoid at all costs. I made the mistake of getting a car bench seat shipped from Austin Texas to Hayward California. Last update was package leaving San Antonio on 9/20, have not had an update since. I've called literally every week asking about my package, every time they say they don't have any updates and that the package is most likely at the los angeles package hub. This is ridiculous, worst "shipping" service I have ever used. Their claim process is even worse. Seriously avoid at all costs

Went in today at 6:30 am to pick up my bumper and the guy was very helpful and gave me my stuff tight away. My bumper was a bit damage from transportation tho. That's why I'm giving 3 stars and took over 2 weeks to get here from Texas. Also Google says Greyhound Package Express it's open 24 hrs but that's a lie. It's only open Monday - Friday from 5am to 10pm. The Greyhound bus station is totally different and that is open 24 hrs.

This is my 2nd time shipping with greyhound and have nothing but praise. Their rates are the lowest in the shipping industry. I compared all of them. And I saved about 70 percent. The first time was in Feb. The person that helped me was very nice and helpful. I also heard him talk to customers on the phone. Very polite and respectful. Hard to find in L. A. Sometimes. ( I'm sorry I can't think of his name) but he did a great job. And then for my second shipment, I met Waldo. Equally as nice and helpful. He helped me out so much, he made the task so easy for me. I appreciate his politeness and his professional manner. I will never ship with anyone else. Job well done. I highly recommend this place.
