Well the guys in Los Angeles were great when shipping . But when my barrel got to Belize items were missing . So I contacted Miami and file a claim and never received a phone call or email . After 14 days I received an email saying that my claim was denied .Which had already been denied 14 days ago , but did not have the decency to call me back or contact me.Customer service is bad Some one had opened my barrel and stole my merchandise . Someone somewhere is opening and stealing merchandise BAD EXPERIENCE WITH THIS CO
