It supposed to be open on Thursday until 8:00pm. My friend and I arrive on past Thursday before 8:00pm and was closed. It was confusing for us because were close before 8:00pm. And the guy inside just ignore us. Pathetic! As a tourist I felt disappointed about that stupid guy.

This place is 0 for 2 for me. I fully understand it's fast food and all however, when i asked for a chicken and bacon ranch sandwich, this dude forgot the bacon this visit and last weeks visit. How are you going to forget one of 3 components of the sandwich? It's literally in the name. Both times he repeated the sandwich back to me, but forgets the bacon. I asked for the meat and cheese to be toasted which was done. However, the older gentleman(no name tag) assembling my lunch uses the small bread knife to spread the protein clump. So now, both times i have 80% of the meat and cheese on one half of my lunch. Not to mention, he used a dirty knife and put it right back in the bin of other knives without any sanitizing liquid in. Thats just a giant party for bacteria and stuff. The dude had gloves on, but was like they were more of a fashion statement as he never changed them and about refused to get them dirty. It was like the guy lives baked out of this mind. And his store was voted best sandwich recently? The google page states that surfaces are sanitized between every visit. There were 5 people in front of me and nothing was wiped down. If I did that it my resteraunt, id be written up and told to go home for the day. I get it's fast food and all, but have some pride in work done and fulfill companies statements of sanitizing surfaces. Same guy from start to finish both visits. Only dealt with someone else when i was paying

2 minutes agoNEW As a local I go to this subway fairly often. For a long time I've ignored and excused the slow service there as I typically like the workers and talking with them. However, recently there had been some shifting in their work force and the past 3 times I have visited I have been treated very rudely by a worker who's name tag I can't quite make out but appears to say Jeff. He doesn't have a great attitude. I've been treated and spoken to fairly rudely by him as well as seen him give the same attitude to others. Unfortunately I'll likely not go back to this subway unless they fall under new management of some sort and start to change things around.

The manager was a Total B. Not to me. To the little old lady working behind the counter. She is hard of hearing. It doesn't help the fact that Covid is going on so she can't read lips as im sure she does. I have a hearing issue myself. The manager was snappy with Her. Not only get but the other young man working there. I had finally had enough of her tone and nicely stayed she should be a little nicer to her employees. She snapped right back with "She's Been working here 20+ years.!" Good for her I said. I hope she works here a LOT longer than you do here. I usually don't write reviews like this. I felt the need to say something. Maybe a little more training on compassion would be better for this manager. I definitely won't go back. If I could of given a Good Tip to the older lady behind the counter I surely would of. Good Luck. ❤️☮️🌎

You need to call the specific store about how they handle the coupons bc they may offer a bigger discount online to encourage potential customers to use online ordering to boost sales for the store. Good luck!
