Almost as soon as I posted that 5 star review, it all went down hill. From surprise demolition construction Monday-Friday (can’t work from home anymore), no amenities until 2023. Garage door broken about 70% of the time, elevators don’t work often, the one in my building has been out of service for weeks now. Security lock to my building removed. They started hallway construction with I believe same day notice, so construction noise and paint fumes in building now as well as outside.. there’s more.. and I have pics coming soon. Just thought I’d give this a head start. This has been like this since January 2022.. it’s June 1st tomorrow… also a little heads up, if your blinds get fried/melted like mine, shown in pictures. They will say it’s because of the shade/curtains you installed. I had custom blackout curtains to try and keep crazy heat out, that the blinds alone did nothing for light or heat, even if I ran my AC 24/7 the heat was unbearable.. my blinds literally melted and I was smelling plastic melting fumes for months, but according to them, it was my fault because my curtains were doing their job. 🤔 I would like to fairly give 5 stars to Mr. Felipe, maintenance manager. He was the only one always going above and being on, trying to make sure I was at least being heard, and also very quick and friendly to take care of in apartment issues that he had control over.

The staff is really nice! The Maintenance Manager, Felipe, is a pleasure to deal with, diligent, and most importantly efficient. Regarding a few maintenance related problems we encountered in our apartment, he went above and beyond to get the work order done. Felipe, we appreciate your kindness, friendliness and professionalism. You’re the Best!!!

I have been living at Camden for a year now & I love it. I especially appreciate Felipe on maintenance team. He is always there to help & is so kind! I feel so much better knowing I will always have help when I need it. Feeling blessed.

I wanted to update my review and let everyone know that my car was stolen from the gated parking structure. No operational cameras on the 2nd/3rd/4th floor of the parking structure. Multiple vehicles were broken into the same night. This is not the first time that Camden has had issues with theft, yet they did not act, and as a result my car was stolen and it will cost me THOUSANDS to replace. I'm absolutely disgusted by this place. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT LIVE HERE! I want to warn people from having to put up with this place. Signed our new lease in December, upon signing we were not told that they would begin a year long construction project that would make it so residents have no access to on site amenities that are built into our rent. Also constant loud noises throughout the day when some people are trying to work from home. Can’t even open our windows because of the constant dust in the air. Camden is not giving us any discount to deal with the fact that we cannot access the on-site gym, pool, sauna, jacuzzi, lounge area, or movie theatre that we are paying to use. Extremely dissatisfied with the deception from Camden. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place.
