This review is for sales and finance. Faten, Del, Shawn and Mark were all amazing and helping my wife and I purchase our new RAV4 Hybrid! My wife and I came in on a whim 3 weeks ago looking for our new car. They did not have what we wanted on the lot, but located one that was being built and on the way to the dealer. They appraised our trade in and gave us the numbers on the new car. We put a deposit on the car to reserve it. Del and Faten texted and emailed us weekly to keep us apprised to the progress of the vehicle. Our vehicle came in two weeks early which was awesome! Shawn the internet manager contacted us as well as Faten and Del to let us know it was there and ready to sign for. Everything was done very quickly and was done in a very low pressure way. When we got into finance, Mark was fantastic. We have a two month old baby who can be fussy, so he got through the paperwork with us very quickly and was very low pressure with us which we appreciated. Every single person we dealt with there was fantastic and this was the most pleasant car buying experience we have ever had. Thank you to Faten, Del, Shawn and Mark for making this all happen for us and for all being so great!

They have a charing station for EVs in their Service Dept. However it was broke when I bought mine. Also, beware that they don't sell you a Hybrid Vehicle Service Plan if you're purchasing a BMW i3 REX. It's NOT a Hybrid, its an EV with a Generator. Two different beasts. I'm still trying to get a refund for a warranty that's useless.
If not a certified used car then it is as-is. All dealers follow this practice. Most reputable dealers won't retail a used car if they believe it substandard. I think this is a rare situation for AutoNation. Engine light can come on for simplest of reasons. Suggest taking it back for diagnosis and try to negotiate. They may work something out if the repair or adjustment. is minor. Otherwise, take it to a local independent shop.
Agree with Joshua - I did end up with a car, but the process to get it was a nightmare and ended up costing me money in repairs.
It all depends on your credit score and all new and some used cars come with warranty
