As a visitor, you might want to stay away from this place, especially if you are Hispanic. If you're late a few minutes, you will not be allowed in, unless you're black or white. On a recent visit my 80 year-old mother and I were a few minutes late, along with several other folks. A black lady that appeared to be in charge that day came out and said she could not let us in. However when a black gentleman and his wife approached her, she let them in. Another white lady asked to go the bathroom, and she was allowed to go in. Two other ladies that had traveled by bus all the way from East Los Angeles and my mother and I were turned away. There is no equity and access at this place if you are Hispanic. In addition, an employee by the name of paula was extremely rude to the point that she told me she wanted us out of there right away.

These people never answer the phone and are rude when they do.
