This warehouse and the supper visors never want to help. For example, this the only warehouse they ask $35 charge if you have small car or cargo van to use the ramp. If the box doesn't fit your vehicle, they charge $50 if you break the box because of Trash. They never help you or give you tools unless pay additional. I paid $35 to park at the ramp and to load the pallet. But, pallet didn't fit my cargo van. I asked them for a hammer to break the wooden box. They told I can't do that unless they charge me additional $50. So, I had not choice but to pay. Then, I told them would I get credit for the $35 because you were not able to put the pallet in my van? Supper visor said no, because I used the ramp to park. These charges are in addition to the warehouse charges, forklift...etc. I paid the $35+$50 opened the box. I ask them if loading included since I already paid $35 for loading. Again, said no. Then, I started loading my self. But, the works were free or their break, they were nice and started helping me. Then, I paid the works $10 tips each one of them. So, the warehouse is very cheap and take advantage of the situations. I never seen this policy at any other warehouses. When it comes to loading they never ask a question because they charge for Forklift like around $100. But, this company ignores all those and keeps charging more and more. The business practice might be different to white customers. But, to all others that is what they do. Because whites will never pay that kind of extra payments.

Definitely very difficult for truck driver, although I came in early morning and it was not packed with trucks and drivers like other reviews. Shipping window is clear on the other side of the huge warehouse, wait was about 10 min there but parking your truck and 53’ trailer is nightmare, trailers parked right in front and in away making your moves very close to damage either your equipment or someone else’s. Took 3 hrs to get out and very stressed out .

Worst warehouse ever first there’s long line of trucks waiting for a dock I lost 2 hours and secondly when you got a dock there are trailer park in front of it there’s no space to manœuvre and third when you checking in they want you just wait there until they call you I have been waiting for an hour and no one call also they don’t want you to talk finally loading is an other history you can’t even imagine how long it takes. Please stay away from this guys
