I’ll just copy and paste my email to the manager here… I’m sending you a line to express my frustration with today’s service. We scheduled an appointment for 1pm today (Friday) and we arrived thirty minutes before our service. It is 4:20pm and my husband and I are just leaving your lot. I presume that you live and work in Los Angeles and are well aware that when you spend 3+ hours to fulfill one errand— the rest of your day is a wash. I am hoping that by contacting you, we can put our heads together to determine the most efficient way for us to continue doing business together as partners. Today we purchased one of your packages for oil changes and tire rotations that was sold to us prior to waiting and are now concerned that we will have to endure this unreasonable waiting period in the future. Might you be able to provide any tips or hard and fast rules that I should consider when making an appointment with you? Is this issue unique to this location? What would you consider a reasonable wait time for the services provided today? Please let me know if I can provide any additional information to make our correspondence constructive as we want to continue doing business with you.

I want to start by mentioning that this place is hands down the friendliest business I have ever stepped into. I didn’t buy my car here, but, it is where I get it serviced. Paul in the Service department is absolutely the best. All of them are. They’re friendly, helpful, and warm. Their service times are great. Today they got me in and out in an hour. I would definitely recommend using them to get you servicing done. They communicate well and everything is always smooth.

I needed a car for my job. I was renting a car that was costing me a fortune. I said enough and decided to try to purchase a used car. My credit was poor and I had a only a car that didn't run to put down. I had in the past purchased a car from them and had great service so I thought I would give them a try again. Despite all odds against me there service was fantastic and they bend over backwards to get me in a great car. I highly recommend them. And in the future when I will buy a new car they will be the first people I will go to. Thanks again!
