If you have a Groupon they will give you the run around. Went over twice and he turned me away with different excuses even though there was no other cars getting serviced. They should take down their ad if they don’t intend to service Groupon customers

I read several reviews about people having to go back a second time for this business to fix their mistakes. I had the same issue, but the experience was so awful I am not going to bother going back. Be careful when speaking to Omar. He switched the prices on me and gave me half a$$ed answers. Also told me they had 3M film, but my tints had a hint of orange. When I asked, he said they dont have 3M. They also only take cash. I'm sure they know that someone with a good credit card can get their moneh back for non-satisfaction jobs.

The guy in front I think his name is Omar is terrible with Customer Service very expensive overpriced and do terrible work I would not even take my enemies car there.

Do not use Groupon!!!!!! You will need to schedule an appointment 1 month ahead. Read the reviews for people that try to use the coupon. When I try to use mine they told me that I had to wait 1 month for it BUT if I was in the position to upgrade my film for an extra $60 they will do it right away . I was on-site and didn't live close by so I went with the upgrade and told them that I'll be interested in ceramic tint which he proceeded with the upgrade. Tint was done pretty quick can't complain about that. So they told me not to wash the car or pull down the windows for 5 days. 10 days later I took my car for a car wash to see the end result. I am not an expert on film but seems they use the cheap version and not ceramic. Also , the tints still shows bubbles in it. I will not recommend.
