Horrible post-purchase treatment. I bought a $2300 couch from them now that have developed a rip. Per Ashley Warranty and MyProtectAll protection plan, I was told by the sales associate, that it will basically cover everything from rips to spills to pet accidents. However, no, after developing a rip in one of my arm rests, MyProtectAll rejected my claim, as did Ashley. I was even willing to pay outside of warranty to get service done to fix it, but was refused service. I would never buy from Ashley again.

Ashley furniture has always been our go to furniture place but this time the service has been horrible especially the delivery. We purchased a living room set back in October 2021 in which only two items were delivered and the last one should have been delivered in December 2021. It is now April 2022 and we have still not received our last item. The delivery date kept getting changed and getting a hold of a representative is literally impossible! The only way I was able to get a hold of a representative was using their chat system through google. It has been frustrating because every time they give us our new delivery date no one shows up or calls us to let us know that the delivery has been changed! This is has been the worst service. We’ve literally been paying for a furniture that should have been delivered 3 months ago!

Masks are required and when we went hand sanitizers were available. If you want to lay on a mattress to see if you like it or not, staff should provide a roll paper (similar to what see at doctor's offices) for you to lay on.
Nope I got a good sofa bed at bob furniture. At Ashley’s they didn’t have a sign or a tag on them to let us know what couch was a sleeper sofa
