I took my car in to diagnose an electrical issue. $180 just for them to tell me something I already knew and that It would cost an additional $1300 just to go in-depth with their analysis. Not to mention they’re now joined with Ford (same owner) and I had to go wait in the Ford lounge and pretend I was a Ford owner. The service managers are ready to gouge you in order to survive themselves.

I reached Nate after an online inquiry about a QX60. The transparency and honesty Nate displayed was amazing, and unfortunately very rare..... I do not enjoy the car buying experience, but Nate made everything very easy for me. No bait and switch. What he promised via email and text messages was EXACTLY what I got when I arrived in Cerritos. I searched far and wide for a fair deal on exactly the 2022 QX60 I wanted, which was very specific. Nate was the best of the many, many sales people I dealt with during my search for my new car. His dealership also had the largest number of these vehicles to choose from, actually on the lot. You won't go wrong using Nate and this dealership to purchase your next vehicle.
