What an extremely unhelpful group of people. I visited the store on 7/27, I was not greeted or asked if I needed any help, which is fine when I can find what I am looking for. When I couldn't find the product that I wanted, I had to interrupt a conversation that a group of workers where having. Not one person was actual doing their job but instead having small talk while I stood and waited for a break in conversation. After I was acknowledged, I asked for a product that showed in stock and available for pickup. I was told by one of the associates that it was probably in a box in the back and that it wouldn't be put out until Sunday... and that was it, no, "I can go check or let me find you something else comparable", just "its in a box in the back, come back later". I love Ulta and typically prefer to shop here, but because I could not get what I wanted in store, I ordered it online with Sephora, since they have free two day shipping and Ulta does not.

Today I went to buy makeup at Ulta's store. 1 week ago I had made a big purchase online because the store is a bit far from my house. But unintentionally this weekend we came to a place where there was an Ulta's store. I decided to go in out off curiousity. I was looking for a person to help me whos speak Spanish. I saw 2 workers talking and asked them if any of them spoke Spanish. They told me that they din't. That there was a Mexican girl there who did speak Spanish. They did not accompany me to where that girl was, they only pointed to me and continued talking. I think their conversation was very interesting or maybe they are not allowed to move from their area where they sell Lancome foundation. I decided to look at some products in the store. I had doubts about a makeup base and decided to try again to find someone else to help me. This time I was lucky the girl who attended me spoke Spanish and she was very attentive. She recommended several products to me and she also offered me other services that the store offers. like for example the service of the hairdresser and the waxing of eyebrows. I had a complete tour of the entire store. I had entered the store just to look and thanks to Beatriz's kindness and good service, I bought about 6 products. I would definitely recommend this place for such friendly and charismatic hardworking women as Beatriz.
