I go here to enjoy the trails and picnic on occasion. The trails have always been well maintained since I've started going here over a year ago and it seems they are adding a lot such as additional disc golf equipment.

There are many miles of rideable trails at Broughtons, which are mainly Old Logging roads . 4 miles of new single track were added in 2018. The Rudolph property which is adjacent to Broughtons has 7 miles of single track which is part of the Marietta trail system which has over 30 miles of single track. The trails are online at Mtb Projects.
As far as I can tell, they are open to both.
Dawn to dusk from what I understand. Hunting season it's usually closed.
